What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for all unworn watches in their original condition with all security tags intact. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
Do the watches come with a warranty?
Every purchase includes a 12-month WiseTimepiece limited warranty covering the internal movement of the watch, in addition to any remaining manufacturer warranty.
